TeamerPaint is not a “paint”, but an industrial anti-corrosion protection system. This is Kazakhstan's first two-component water-based zinc-silicate paint, designed for long-term protection of metal structures in the most aggressive environments.
Two levels of protection in one coating for maximum reliability
After application, the paint forms an electrically conductive coating containing up to 95% zinc dust.
Upon contact with moisture, a micro-galvanic pair Zn–Fe is formed. Zinc "sacrifices" itself, protecting the steel even on damaged areas.
The zinc-silicate matrix forms an ultra-strong coating based on crystallized zinc glass.
It prevents the penetration of water, oxygen, and aggressive substances, resistant to UV radiation and seawater.
